For urgent after-hours care, Health on Kensington has a partnership with “13SICK National Home Doctor”. For non-urgent medical appointments, please book an appointment at Health on Kensington the following day via the HotDoc app (our online booking system); or by calling reception during opening hours.

13SICK National Home Doctor

This services accepts bookings from 6pm weekdays, 12 noon Saturdays and all day on Sunday and public holidays.

To make an appointment, you can call 13 74 25, book online or book through the 13SICK app.
You will need to provide your details, your Health on Kensington GP's name, Medicare number and your symptoms.
Once your booking is complete, you will receive an SMS as confirmation.
Expect a 2 – 3 hour wait. You will receive a second SMS to let you know the doctor is on their way.
After your visit, a clinical report will be sent back to your GP.
