Patients are encouraged to book a follow up appointment to receive any test results. Results will electronically be sent back to the referring doctor. These results will be checked by the doctor. Any urgent results will be actioned by the doctor in a timely manner.
In most cases, test results are normal. So if you do not hear from us, it generally means that your results are normal. If the doctor wishes to discuss your results with you, you may receive a text message asking you to book a non-urgent appointment.
Results take time to become available, so please be patient. Please note that reception are unable to provide patient test results in person or over the phone.
