Health on Kensington always welcomes new patients.
New Patients can book online either through our website, via the HotDoc App or by calling our friendly reception staff.
New Patients will be booked for a 30min appointment to allow for a medical history to be taken and a quick visit with the Practice Nurse.
On booking your initial visit you will receive an SMS with a link to complete our New Patient Registration Form and a Transfer of Medical Records Form (optional).
